What IS it about Subway mayonnaise? I don't usually eat mayonnaise at all, except in tuna salad. But at Subway, for some reason it's extremely palatable -- and the texture of their tuna salad is unmatched anywhere. Add to that the fact that they don't put onions OR celery in it, and I'm in heaven with one of their tuna subs.

But I disagree that it's extra sweet and fatty. To me, Miracle Whip, which is what my family used as and called mayonnaise, is much sweeter. As a matter of fact, I think Subway's mayo might even be the low fat kind. Think of all those "6 grams of fat or under" commercials.

Either way, it's also the only one I like.
