I can't stand vinegar on my chips. It's way to strong for the mellow potato flavour.
Mustard is not a real big thing in Australia. I am quite addicted to a little thing called "Djonnaise". It's a blend of Djon mustard and mayonaise. I'm not sure if it is a common thing or not, but I love it on a burger.
I also love Masterfoods Mild American Mustard and Heinz Tomato Ketchup drizzled over hotdogs with grated cheese and bacon. This isn't a normal meal for an Australian but I think it's pretty tame for everyone in the States.
