After seeing MM's in-name quote, and two concurrances, I have come to the conclusion that we're talking about the same song. :-) I dunno, if they're singing "Duke, Duke, Duke, Duke of Earl..." on that thing where they sell cassettes and CDs on TV by playing a few songs while song titles, the names of the artists, and pictures of the artists... then it's a misheard, at least for me. :)
