I definitely agree with you. When I have trouble sleeping, it's usually due to an overactive mind. On several nights I've been desperately trying to get my mind to shut up, when suddenly I'll remember I forgot to do an assignment or I'll suddenly realize how to do a math problem that stumped me earlier. On multiple occasions, I've had to drag myself out of bed at 1 or 2 in the morning to dig out an assignment and complete it with my newly-discovered knowledge.
