Since I am into numbers and polls anyway, at the moment, I'd like to say a few things here:

1) The number 10 RULEZ !

2) Directions did not mention inclusive or exclusive, so by default it's inclusive :)

3) I thought a whole 5 (!) seconds before voting for 10
