Okay, well, it looks like there are enough people interested to make this worthwhile, so I'm willing to go for it! :)

Let's see - to start off with, if you're interested in participating, could you please e-mail me with your location? Not your address, just your state (or country, if you're not in the US) and city, so I can start forming a kind of mailing order according to who is closest to whom. If you live near and know any RinkyDinks that are in your area and that you could easily get the book to WITHOUT mailing, tell me that as well (along with the names of those RinkyDinks).

Once I have a mailing order down, I will post it, and then either you can get in touch with the person to whom you would be mailing the thing and give addresses that way. I think that would probably work out best.
