You might be right, but certainly it was my belief that that was not the case. Untill I can get around to doing more research, I'll hold the oppinion in abeyance.

Interesting sidenote: In New Hampshire (again, so I understand) it is legal to enter into violent rebellion against the state. Which I suppose should be the core of the First Amendment rights.
