That would sort of work, simply because of the superficially German setting of the story, but it might throw off some readers. ("Hmm. I can play 'Game of the Ages' or 'Gesechtenmitten'. Hmmmmm...")
Maybe "Gesundheit", since that seemed to work well for Patch Adams. Or better still, maybe "Fahrvergnugen"--one of my all-time favorite marketing slogans.
