I had that book! I gave it away to somebody a while back. I liked it because it tells you the best way to do the things which you would love to have an exciting enough life to involve. Things like "how to jump off a building into a dumpster full of cardboard boxes", or "how to throw yourself out of a speeding car when the badguys are trying to run you off the road".

Unfortunately, I found after buying it that I already knew almost all of it from a lifetime spent reading similar books, and the parts I didn't know weren't likely to ever be any use.
