I have noticed that search engines don't bring up my web site. Do I need to post it somewhere? Do they charge real money for that?

I've made some changes in the site lately, including a shot of all my running, riding scoots lined up in front of the house. And one of my trophy shelf. I also added a couple of pictures to the scooter-meet gallery. Hey, I'm retired. I have to have something to do.
