Eek. I'm no expert, but if you're in college I can say that there's a school pyschologist who wants to help you out no matter what your level of sadness, etc. And, of course, I'm sure you'll get an out-pouring of hugs from the rink-works family (regulars and newbies).
Just to say, you may know bi-polar disorder in which people swing from the pits of hell to peaks of heaven and back. Their lives follow an extreme cycle that we all share to a lesser degree. There's something in each of us that moves us from sad to happy and back again. It such a universal thing that you'd almost think there's a reason for it. Maybe there is. I write great (as far as I'm concerned) poetry when I'm bummed, get to introspect and decide what I want to change about myself, and generally get my skin back to a nice pasty hue. When I'm happy I become productive again and carefree again and look at the world through a different light. And I forgot where I'm going and am considering deleting this, but, instead I'll keep it and *hug* Ha ha surprise you with my wish that you enjoy the bummed while it lasts and welcome happiness when it arrives so soon again.
