I remember when I first posted (About traffic accidents I think) and I signed off with a quote that fitted into my name to form a complete sentence. It usually had nothing to do with the contents of the message. It caused a little bit of a stir and I made some up for others and kept doing it for my own. I promised to stop when I ran out of ideas and eventually I did run out, so I stopped.

Nowadays I usually sign off with just my name and only use a quote if I have a final parting shot to make. I do like reading other people's, however, and it would be shame if they stopped altogether.
