Well, as a matter of fact...yes!

The link below is to a review of "Pac-Man: Adventures in Time." It's for Windows 95/98, but it could be easily ported to the Nintendo 64 or Dreamcast.

Incidentally, there's already some version of Pac-Man for the Playstation, but I don't know anything about it.
