I think it's funny. But disrespectful? Well, yes. I would never think of calling some elderly lady that to her face. But I'm young. I'm supposed to respect my elders. Once I'm part of the Silver Stars club, then may be it'll be different. Who knows, "Q-tip" could have been starting as an inside joke amongst a group of elderly female drivers...
