Of course "you are" is right. so, it is "It is you who are wrong."

"I is" or "I am"?? I am, of course. (Not that I'm ever wrong, so it must be you who are wrong.) ;-)

But I don't know if this is right. It's just always how I've done it. Anyone else have any opinions?
