As long as we're on the subject, here's a grammar question I've had for a long time.

Would it be:

It is you who is wrong.

Or:

It is you who are wrong.

I keep going back and forth on them. First one sounds right, then the other does. Then I tried substituting 'I' for 'you'.

It is I who is wrong.

It is I who am wrong.

At first the second one didn't sound right to me, but by now I've been pondering it so long I don't know WHAT to think.
