Well, that's what you get for living in a big rectangular country, isn't it? Don't you have lakes and rivers, though? I'm almost certain Canada has some lakes or rivers. Or ponds. Or swimming pools, or even really big puddles. If it's water, you can float some sort of a boat on it somehow, if you try hard enough. :-)
