Well, the simplist, and perhaps easiest, way would be to use simple poison. Then again, in order to do this, we'd hve to meet each other, and I'd have to be thirsty at the time, which isn't often. Plus, I do always carry something sharp with me, so....umm...it would have to be rather secretive.

Yet, an easier way to kill a Kaz! would be to launch some ICBMs at his house....but then, I doubt that Canada would like missle launches from the United States, nor do I think that you would have the needed materials to make one.

You can always hire a trained assassin to do the job, but this may not be very feasible, as most don't seem to like to travel that much and they probably charge horendious rates.

Well, there's always the really simple approach, garenteed to work without any mess. Simply put it off for a few hundred years, and...well...yeah.
