The shortest versions I know of (in English) are:

Sphinx of black quartz judge my vow.
Quick zephyrs blow, vexing daft Jim.
Waltz, nymph, for quick jigs vex Bud.
The five boxing wizards jump quickly.

...all of which have repeats. Anyone know any better?
