Nothing like boosting company morale...
A place I worked for did that -- there's nothing like going to a website for reference material on your job and having the screen display in big bold H1: "This web site has been blocked because it contains Sex Material or Criminal Skills information" just as the boss walks by.
(The oddest message I got was for a site that was blocked for "Extreme Material". Never understood what that was all about.)
