I guess my favorite example of a misheard Mondegreen lyric is from the Guns 'N Roses single "November Rain".
Where Axl sings "...or I'll just end up walking, in the cold November rain," it actually sounds like:
"...the rockets in the Balkans, in the cold November rain." It really, truly sounds like that.

Seems strangely appropriate.
