From my old place of employment:

"I'll be leaving at two o'clock this afternoon because I have cramps."

--

"I'll be in at noon today -- waiting for my cable modem to be installed at home."

(followed by)

"I'll be in at two today. Cable guy is late."

(followed by)

"I won't be in at all today. Cable guy is really late."

On his last day, a guy accidentally sent his farewell letter continent-wide instead of office-wide. Someone on the other side of the continent wrote back admonishing him for spamming the entire company and warning him not to do it again. That person hit reply-all rather than reply-to. The ensuing reply-all spamathon was interesting to watch.

(Like next time the guy quits that company, he'll make sure not to spam everyone. Some people need to think things through.)

Someone in Paris wanted everyone to RSVP if they were meeting with him for dinner. Unfortunately, the folks in Chicago, Boston, and Portland couldn't make it.

-Faux "I tried to expense the dinner and transportation costs, but there weren't any planes between NYC and Paris that were fast enough." Pas
