Those are all good ones. The Russian movie you're thinking of may be "Jack Frost" which is (I believe) Russo-Finnish. It's absolutely horrible, and I know it was on MST (which would be staying in line with your other movies).

Other MST movies I particularly like include the Gamera ones and the "Space" ones discussed elsewhere in this thread.
