Did it feature a hero who gets turned into a bear thing at one point in the film? Or a heroine who kills herself through her (maybe it was Jack's) stupidity? Or Jack Frost himself?

Well, I just have a hard time going out and renting bad movies without anyone to watch them with, so just seeing them on cable is basically the extent of my bad movie knowledge as well...
