It's definitely a compliment... um ... yes.... a compliment. It just means that your brain is just as plump and juicy as Bossie over there. Your youthful brain would have a minimum of synaptic decay, thus contributing to a nice soft texture which isn't too chewy (not like Howard's would be... no way would I boil his brain for a pudding).
