OH, Man!! Until you said, "Other," I hadn't even thought about PISTACHIO pudding. That bright green blob with mushy pistachios in it RULES!! Then there's my stepmother's favorite "covered dish party" dessert: pistachio pudding mixed with pineapple and I think marshmallows or something? Trailer trash eating at its best. Tapioca has my vote, but pistachio pudding RULES.
