I eat Breyer's ice cream (indubitably the best in the world), and I've noticed that on new packages there is always a thin layer of ice-cream crud on the inside of the lid. Not surpising. The weird part is, that stuff is REALLY GOOD! It has this strange chewy feel to it, not like the actual ice cream. Anyone have thoughts on this, or on ice cream in general?
