No, he was French-Canadian, and you had US plates on your car. My mother had a car with Quebec plates on it do that to her in NH. Exactly what you are describing. Cut her off, slowed down, then kept changing lanes to prevent her from passing. I hate to be predjudiced, but there is a *reason* French-Canadians have such a bad reputation in northern New England.

Sure it does. You loop off and take Hall Rd, which takes you back up towards Exit 13, and Rt 3. Woohoo! One time where I would have come in handy! I could have gotten you back home any number of different ways from what you described.
