Well i have four cats, which is the essence of the problem. See, when you have one cat, all that they have is you. when you have two cats, they get bored of each other and will be excited to see you. but FOUR? when you reach that number, they just don't care much anymore except once you've gone to bed and the bedroom door is shut and they just absolutely HAVE to serenade you. I love it when the cats show affection, but not when they keep me up all night!
