I want to know when "all of a sudden" became "all the sudden." I despise that. And is there really a difference between an incident and an incidence? If not, can't we please just use "incidents" instead of "incidences?" These are used by people who are supposed to have some command of the language in order to do their jobs (newscasters).
And codeman caught my other one in his own post: "Here's some" or "there's some" instead of here ARE and there ARE. I could go on and on but....you guys will just do it for me.
