Kaz, go into Control Panel. Click on Add/Remove Programs and choose the Windows Setup tab. Microsoft Fax should be listed somewhere in there. Check it and click OK. It should install without any errors and if it needs anything else installed with it, it'll tell you what and ask if you want to install it too. This should fix yer problemo.
