I'd be even more trouble for anyone as high North as I am. Anyone who wants to plow/disk/whatever would have to go through at least 3 feet of compacted snow, figure out a way to unthaw the ground, and only then worry about planting anything. I think all the farmer's should be able to start planting in about 6 weeks....
