I get back from dropping off my paper around quarter of nine, and the girl in the room next door has some very bad rap blaring on her stereo, thereby rendering it impossible for me to get a much-needed two hours of sleep before the rest of my day. This is The Most Annoying Thing in the Entire World. If you ever someday have an urge to get yourself stabbed repeatedly in the eye, try it.

I was mistaken. That is only The Second Most Annoying Thing in the Entire World. The Most Annoying Thing in the Entire World is to turn off the awful blaring music for five minutes, thereby lulling me into a false sense of thinking I can actually get some sleep, and then turning it back on.
