I agree. That is completely unprofessional.

Again, I agree. I *do* hold a double standard about that sort of thing. It bothers me to hear women swear, and it bothers me when people swear around women. My immediate instinct is to reprimand them for their behaviours, but the I think about it and realize that they won't get it, and the women I'm all upset about having these people swear around won't get it, and I'll look stupid. So I don't really know what to do.
