I just played again and got 1132. not bad I'd say. I like the limited/unlimited mode best because I have options that require some strategy. I would find unlimited very frustrating.

I was remembering playing this game on an AppleIIe years ago...except I think the robots just came at you, no? The robots and I didn't take turns. I like this much better. I'm a careful thinker, so games like doom take me ages to do well at, while games like Exterminator and Enchanted Forest are a lot of fun. I can pick them up quickly, but since they require thinking and strategy, they aren't dull. Not to say you don't use strategy in doom...you do. But primarily you must depend on reflexes.

Anyhow, I'm having fun. Ta!
