Whatever suits you. But on the internet, all caps sometimes means anger or shouting. Which brings up a point. I notice that * is used for underlining sometimes. Is this just to avoid using all caps, which might be misunderstood? I wonder if *I* should start doing it? > Define *fogeys*. > Howard
A *fogey* is an old, decrepit person who doesn't understand the youth of today.
I think the * is used to emphasize a word or phrase...at least, *I* usually think that word or phrase louder than the rest of the sentance or paragraph. (Yes, I can hear myself think...)
Ti'*emphasize*, not CAPITALIZE!'cia
BTW- I find it so much harder to read anything (E-mails, posts, etc.) when it's not capitalized in the correct places. It's just so annoying. ;)
