I don't think capitalization is a big deal one way or the other. Whatever suits you. But on the internet, all caps sometimes means anger or shouting. Which brings up a point. I notice that * is used for underlining sometimes. Is this just to avoid using all caps, which might be misunderstood? I wonder if *I* should start doing it?
Define *fogeys*.
