Of last night's four or so outages, only one was actually due to the RinkChat script, which is flaky but boring to fix, so you have to live with that until I have nothing more interesting to work on, like a Things People Said update, which is what consumed most of my attention last night. Or until I'm simply fed up with the thing, which is rapidly getting to be the case.

The other three were due to server overloading that was not under my control, nor due to traffic on my web site but rather someone else's hosted by the same server. Don't know anything more about it; if it happens too much more in the future, I'll drop a note to my web hosting service and see what's up.
