They used the expression "off of" instead of the correct "off" in a cutline right smack in the middle of the front page. Then on the sports page in a 36 point headline, they did it again! To use an old Tennessee expression, that was sorry editing. I had to speak up.

I know I'm answering my own post, but there is an update on the above story. Yesterday afternoon, the News-Sentinal called and wanted to know if they could print my email as a letter to the editor. I said ok, but it wasn't in this morning's paper. I'll look again tomorrow. Gosh, I haven't had any of my stuff published in years!
