well actually.... they did that too. they did some of the last scene first, then the whole play, and the whole last scene. what was interesting was that at the end, right before it blacked out, when everyone was dead and Fortinbras was attacking. Horatio began to raise the poinoned cup to his lips. gave you something to think about
