I also live in New England, specifically Maine. I love the weather here. Contrary to popular belief, we are not a part of Canada, we don't have year round winter, and we don't have frozen tundra instead of trees and grass. Seriously, I think New England is a great part of the country. I've spent a lot of time down south, especially Texas, and it didn't have a patch on the good old Northeast. Summers are hot, winters cold, usually with a healthy dose of snow. I would hate to live in a place like Hawaii because the constant weather would drive me crazy. Fall is my favorite season, and it is truly beautiful here that time of year. You can have your deserts and rainforests and tropical paradises, give me Maine.
