Thanks for that Elly. I am often reminded of him as well - he was a great friend, and a truly funny man. We had a schtick were I would call him "Beasty Darling" and he would reply "teach! Ma Cherie!" Some folks new to RW would think we really had something going on . . .

It's still hard to believe he's gone, and now I am at an age where I am losing many folks in my life. It goes so fast, and you think for a while things are always going to stay the same, but they can't be. We've had our holiday here in Canada already, but I'm happy to add my name to yours of those just being grateful for what we have - for me, my husband, my kids, my Mom, and my friends - all of you included. Although I might not be here as much as I used to be, I think of you all fondly.
