I've been reminded of Beasty lately, and how cancer stole his life at far too young of an age. Another internet friend of mine is now in hospice care due to inoperable cancer, and he's just about the same age Beasty was when he died. I find myself constantly checking his facebook wall, because that's how I'll hear of his death.

Whether you're in the U.S. and celebrating Thanksgiving tomorrow, or it's just another average week, give thanks. Look around you at this crazy, fascinating world. Be thankful that you'll be alive to see it all tomorrow.
