The language is Smash, and you can find information about that on http://www.rinkworks.com/smash/. To develop a game, download Rex and get that running; that will allow you to run your Smash code on your local machine.
Stop into RinkChat sometime and find me or gremlinn (who wrote The Perils of Akumos and others), and we'd be happy to discuss it further. If you don't find one of us, chances are somebody there will have played around with Smash some and be able to help.
