I don't get to catch many good plays in Jackson. I do plan on going to see "It's a Wonderful Life" at the Ned downtown, but the quality is pretty low for most people's standards. Don't get me wrong, they do a good job, but you just can't so much on such a tiny, if not non-existent, budget.

If I want to go see a play, I normally make it a once a year outing to Memphis and watch an actual Broadway play at the Orpheum. I've seen Spamalot there and it was absolutely amazing. Couldn't ask for a better show. Our next adventure will be Wicked. Just waiting for tickets to go on sale. This is one that my wife is absolutely crazy for!

> Today, we drove over the Crossville, Tennessee to our favorite theatre, the Cumberland County Playhouse. We saw Irving Berlin's "White Christmas" live on the stage. Most people have seen this on film in theaters, or on TV starring Bing Crosby and Rosemary Clooney.
