If I do switch them, will they still be able to do the spells they did before they were switched? I get the impression from other posts that they can. See, I've only had one wizard the whole time and I would like to have at least two that can do wizard spells. I started with two knights, one rogue, two sorcerers and one wizard. I know have two assasins, three sorcerers and one wizard. But I didn't want to switch them until they had all the spells possible. So since you said 36, I still have 6 more to get -- which will take a while.

If you change classes, you'll still keep the spells you had before, and you'll keep gaining spell points every time you level up. I have an assassin who knows all 36 wizard and all 36 sorceror spells, that not he needs them any more.

Attributes such as strength and charisma get reset when you change classes. So be warned: your newly changed character might not cast his or her known spells all that well at first.
