I am in battle with the pheicryn,

can some one give me the exact order of attack once your pinned. I have figured out the following

hand
hand
kick
chain

then if I try chain again she goes down murder hole and I kick but she gets out. If I try hands again, she gets me back into murder hole. If I go for anything else she trips me and I have to start all over again. I've been at this for over an hour, please help.
