Water, check. Meat or what passes for it, check. Spices, check. The main stock... no. Go back to the general store in Caballo Creek and see what you can buy. (If you can't, did you wake the fat guy up? Do that first if you haven't.)

Then go back to Lucky Strike. Seen what's behind the fat guy's wagon? Time to work your mad cooking skills. Or something. :)
