I have tenative plans for a trip to France this summer. Should I go for a side trip to Monoco?

As much as we travel, we eat in a lot of different places. Some are upscale, which means pricy, and some are quaint little diners with home-cooked style food. As much as we like the plush surroundings of the high-priced places, we find that the quality of the food is not much different. The most consistant food is Mexican. It seems to be good anywhere you go. I like to order Mexican in places that appear to be very un-Mexican, so I've had tacos and burritos in New England, Hawaii, Canada, Kentucky, and even in Cuban areas of Florida. I expect to eat Mexican food in Paris, just for kicks.
