Just by answering a few simple pronunciation questions, a single quiz can locate where I lived. One. Single. Quiz. Not to mention accurately stating that I call soda products "pop", and mentions the annoying fact that people think I'm from Wisconsin. > > If you couldn't guess where it located me, It was the inland north. > > Maybe it just frightens me a little bit. It probably doesn't bother the rest of you folk.
I understand. These days you have to be careful with personal information.
People usually don't take long figuring out that I am a Southerner, but the quiz bombed out completely. I am rather proud of where I come from, and I find it interesting when it shows. But when somebody starts telling us what we call soft drinks/soda/pop/dope, it's a little scary. Howard
